There is no freedom in conditioning. As people grow up they are influenced by their experiences in life that is what makes someone to themselves. if all his or her actions are limited and conditioned, they grow up to be different without freedom. In Aldous Huxley’s “Brave New World", scientists creates a new class system made up of clones being called by Alpha, Byta, Delta, Gamma, and Epsilons. Each level of clones does different jobs. For examples, the Epsilons do simple jobs such as cleaning garbage. This way, they grow up only knowing their duty in the society; they do not have any freedom. As a result, the Epsilons belong to the lowest class in the society. On page 24, the Byta states: “I don’t want to play with Delta children, and Epsilons are still worse. They are too stupid…I am so glad I’m a Byta.” The Byta are proud of their class and start to look down to the other classes. Instead of calling names, the entire class and every individual have the same name. The society is filled with cold-blooded clones acting like robots. As you can see, there is no freedom in the created utopian society of Brave New World
